Letters - 06.18.14

Dear D: Your face last night as you were opening your birthday presents was priceless. I loved seeing such pure joy on your face. Thank you for reminding me why it's completely worth it to put so much thought into gifts.  Dear Co-Worker: Thank you for my sausage biscuit & diet Mtn. Dew that you bring me every Wednesday. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Dear Boss: Yesterday you asked me if I was going to Hawaii since I was wearing a maxi dress. Thank you for reminding me sometimes it's fun to switch my wardrobe up! This morning you said I should've worn it today as I would've knocked the "Guy's socks off". Thank you for making me feel pretty! Dear D: Last night I learned that you will fight someone over your Mom's oatmeal cookies. I love learning new things about you! You fed your cows last night and I was the gate lady. Thank you for letting me be your sidekick for a little while.

Letters - 06.16.14

Dear D: Today is your birthday! Happy Birthday! I can't wait to see you later and celebrate with you! Also, to see your face when you open your gifts! I love you to the moon & back! Dear Self Control: You just turned down McDonald's to eat your healthy...tasteless....lunch. Go you! Dear Fault in Our Stars: You are quite possibly the best book I've read in a long time! Thank you for the countless reminders throughout your reading to be thankful for each day. Dear D: I've loved learning new things about you this past week. You like pickles & jalapenos on your salad....that's a new concoction for me! Also, thank you for letting me rock out in your truck as we were driving down the road the other day. Your flashlight really does make a great microphone!

Daily Letter's

Dear D: The other night I learned that the center of your forehead is the hardest part of your body. Apparently if you get hit dead square in the head, you can break someone's hand? Thank you for teaching me to duck if I ever have a punch headed my way! Dear Gym: My nightly date with you this past week has been amazing. Thank you for making me sweat places I didn't know existed and blowing off much needed steam. I appreciate you, even though I'm pretty sure I can't walk this morning. Dear Self: Learning to open up and not hold everything in has done amazing things for my mental well being this week. Thank you for helping me push my stubbornness aside.  Dear D: Our really long talk on Monday night was probably my favorite conversation with you, yet! Thank you for encouraging me to always just be myself. I adore you!
